Health Minister announces additional funding to improve Indigenous eye care in Victoria

The Vision 2020 Australia National Member Forum held at the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre on 28 July and was opened by the Hon Daniel Andrews MP, Victorian Minister for Health.

The Minister commended the eye health and vision care sector on its achievements and highlighted that the Victorian Government is a strong supporter of eye health and vision care, now and into the future.

He also announced funding of $780,000 to improve Indigenous optical health to ensure Aboriginal Victorians will have even better access to vital eye care and glasses.
