New community eye health presentation for Making a Move Falls Prevention program

A new community eye health and vision care presentation has been developed as an additional resource to be used by health professionals delivering education to their clients undertaking the Making a Move Falls Prevention program.
The presentation is titled Making a Move- community presentation and is located under the health professionals tab within the resource kits for Making a Move on the Vision Initiative website.
The presentation is accompanied by speaker’s notes to assist the presenter and uses simple language to enable it to be adapted for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Communities.
