MEDIA RELEASE. New research released by Guide Dogs Australia ahead of World Sight Day tomorrow reveals Victorians are waiting too long to seek help when their eyesight begins to deteriorate, leading to increased risk of trips, falls, and loss of independence.
Guide Dogs Victoria opened new offices in Geelong on Friday 8 August 2014 with the aim to improve access to their services for local residents with mobility and vision loss challenges.
Young blind and vision impaired parents living in the Northern Melbourne area are invited to attend a new local support group to help them gain the skills and confidence to travel with small children.
MEDIA RELEASE – Guide Dogs Victoria welcomes the announcement today from the Coalition who, if elected, would provide $2 million dollars in funding to redevelop our veterinary clinic, kennel facilities and breeding centre.
